Ultrasound Orderly Work-station Food Cutting Production Line has the characteristics of pipeline operation and multi-slice mode. Vertical cutting into strips, horizontal cutting into pieces or slices. Cutting process of this equipment: The first two cakes speed up to the end of the transmission when they enter the transmission area. Then their speeds becomes normal. The last two cakes moved slowly. When the first two pieces are cut up and down five times into six strips, they enter the cross-cutting area. After the first two cakes are placed in the horizontal section, the last two cakes are placed in the vertical section. Two workstations are carried out at the same time. After crosscutting, according to the horizontal drop and speed difference, the cake falls and flips into the back channel.
